There are two new, multi-tenant housing developments coming to Prospect: Veridian at Prospect’s Edge and Prospect Cove.
Significant effort has been made to listen to area residents and adapt our plans accordingly. We hope that we can help dispel misinformation surrounding the plans as they now exist so that our new neighbors will be welcomed to a community with the rich heritage of Prospect.
The first will be called Veridian at Prospect’s Edge. This development will provide 164 units of apartment homes and will offer many amenities including a pool, a clubhouse that will house business and fitness centers, onsite management, and a host of other features that will help to make this development home.
The second is a 178-unit, family-living development at 7301 River Road, comprised of 1- and 2-bedroom units in a 3-story complex. Called Prospect Cove, it will also feature a full complement of amenities for our residents at affordable housing pricing.
